How to Get Over Jet Lag29 May 2013I know that many students, who study English in Canada, come from far away places and often have to cross several time zones in order to get here. I always wondered how these students deal with jet lag because I have met some who have gone straight to school only one day after arriving! I thought it took at least a few days to get adjusted into a new time zone so I am very impressed by these students. I guess learning English is just too exciting! |
